The whole production is automatically processed by computers and constantly monitored by highly skilled technicians in order to optimize any step of the process. All parts are followed in a reliable and flexible way, allowing us to meet all customer’s requirements. We are specialized in the production of a wide range of items specifically requested by technical drawing, on the basis of which we develop the production of the pieces.
Our monospindle machines allow us a flexible and continuous production of high precision parts with diameter from 3 to 50 mm in small and medium series. We work brass, bronze, steel, AVP, aluminum and plastics (PVC, plexiglas, delrin, nylon …).
The processing of all articles is carried out in our own factory using advanced technology machines (only some superficial treatments such as chrome, zinc and tempering are carried out by external partners with proven effectiveness, constantly supervised).
